The terms and conditions on this page set out the legal terms that apply to your use of the website www.mariacoman.com<\/strong><\/a> and will apply to all sales of products and tickets on the website.<\/p>

The terms and conditions on this page are supplemented by the rest of the terms and conditions on the website and by Romanian legislation in force. Use of this website implies acceptance of all terms and conditions specified on the website. We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.<\/p>

1) The following terms are interpreted as follows:<\/h4>

SUPPLIER\/SELLER<\/strong> \u2013 any legal entity that sells its products through mariacoman.com<\/p>

CLIENT<\/strong> \u2013 can be any natural person over 18 years of age or a legal entity that creates an account on mariacoman.com and places an order, which is subsequently confirmed by the Supplier<\/p>

USER<\/strong> \u2013 any person over the age of 18 who browses mariacoman.com, even if they do not place any order<\/p>

CONTRACT<\/strong> \u2013 any order placed is equivalent to a purchase contract, after the order is accepted by the Suppliers<\/p>

When the above terms are used on mariacoman.com, they have the meaning given above.<\/p>

2) General Terms<\/h4>

The price of products or tickets may change without prior notice to Users. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, its final price cannot be changed with respect to the Customer who placed the respective order.<\/p>

The notification received by the customer immediately after placing the order is for information purposes only and does not constitute confirmation of the order. This notification can be made electronically (email) or by telephone.<\/p>

The selling price of the products or tickets is the one displayed on mariacoman.com. It includes all taxes, except for courier fees. It can be modified at any time, without prior notice. Customers will always pay the prices existing on the site at the time of placing the products.<\/p>

Any illegitimate access to a user’s personal data, unauthorized modification of the mariacoman.com<\/strong> site, or affecting the performance of the server on which the site runs will be considered fraud.<\/p>

Fraud and attempted fraud will be punished according to the criminal law in force, and the injured parties may request compensation for moral or pecuniary damages in court, as the case may be.<\/p>

5) Product delivery<\/h4>

After adding the desired product to the shopping cart and paying for the order, your payment will be recorded in our account, and then your order will be processed and registered for shipment.<\/p>

The shipment of the products will be made within a minimum of 24 hours from the confirmation of the order except Sundays and Legal Holidays, with the exception of products that have mentioned a different delivery interval. We are not responsible for delays that may occur in the actual delivery process, after the package has been handed over by our team to the courier company.<\/p>

Delivery is made within a maximum of 72 hours, for products in stock.<\/p>

Both products and tickets can be paid for online by bank card.<\/p>

7) Product return<\/h4>

Products purchased from us can be returned in the following situations:<\/p>

a) The product you received does not comply with the specifications on our website<\/strong><\/p>

In this case, you can request the replacement of the product with a compliant one (if available in our offer) or you can request a refund of the value. You may also agree to receive another product, paying the price difference (if the replacement product is more expensive than the one originally ordered), or to have the difference refunded (if the replacement product is cheaper than the one originally ordered).<\/p>

In this case, the customer must return the product, the return and shipping costs will be borne by us, if the same courier is used with which the respective order was originally shipped.<\/p>

b) You were mistakenly delivered a different product than the one ordered<\/strong>
Please return the product as soon as possible, so that it can be replaced with the correct one. If the product you want is no longer available in our offer, you can request a full refund of the amount.<\/p>

The return and shipping costs for the replacement product (if applicable) will be borne by us, if the same courier is used with which the respective order was originally shipped.<\/p>

The buyer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract, and this withdrawal period expires within 14 days from the day on which the buyer or a third party other than the carrier takes physical possession of the products.<\/p>
